Dear Friend. First off. Called it! First fifteen minutes. For those of you who know, you know.

ATOW Thunderbolts* sits at a 88% for critics and 95% for audiences. Which also is the second highest Marvel movie rating ever. I loved it! I consider it in my top three for the year. I personally am an avid comic book reader and I personally see this movie as a great separate continuity. I’m not always a good waver of the Marvel fan flag but I highly highly recommend this movie. I personally watch every most shows and TV related to them, so this movie to me, much like the last one were a good way of tying up old loose ends.

That being said I don’t think that Captain America: Brave New World was the greatest executed. I think a lot of really good work was put into it, my favorite part being Giancarlo Esposito but it wasn’t my favorite of the year. I think we could have had a Hulk movie instead of using this as a Cap movie. But it was still nice to see Anthony Mackie as him for a full project.

My favorite interactions were the team members throughout the course of the movie. First ones being as the ‘I’m letting you live’ kind of way. The second was the getting to know each other. Then finally the end of the movie ones.

But above all the best interactions were Yelena and Alexei. Yesterday I wrote about as much.

The score was done by a music group I am slightly familiar with: Son Lux. I know them from the song Easy.
