Dear Friend day 3 of the shows continuation. In case you haven’t been keeping up, spoilers ahead my favorite things from the show. My second Netflix show of the bunch

SPOILERS AHEAD

Let me start by saying, I haven’t actually played Cyberpunk. That being said, I am a huge fan of the genre and can confidently say that this is probably the best video game adaptation ever.

Starting off strong, the studio. Trigger is among my favorite anime studios of all time with things like Darling in the Franxx, Kill La Kill, Delicious in Dungeon and created by the Gainax crew that made Gurren Lagann which would later create Trigger.

The voice acting. Man oh man. Zach Aguilar and Emi Lo. Zach Aguilar would previously voice Tanjiro Kamado in Demon Slayer. Perhaps sometime in the future I will cover it. The chemistry between these two voice actors is incredible.

The progression of the story/ David’s arc. It’s just incredible. How it goes from the lowest lows and supreme highs, only for it to come crashing down.

And finally, the best part of the series. The ending. NOT THAT PART. The song. I will link it and that will conclude the third day of shows. Dear Friend, I know you will be alright.
