Dear Friend, I missed the week deadline again. Almost by two days at the time of writing. But I come bearing good news: I’m returning with the Every Song I Like series. I went to keep doing a through job with it and so I’m returning to it with more research, time and planning; to better explain and express fact and opinion. That being said, currently there are only two more remaining albums on Spotify and a few that I left for the very end. So I have to pick another music act to follow. Naturally I picked Nickelback. With the music series I wanted to explore one sort of big concept. Twenty One Pilots, is considered main stream at this point and I have heard of their over saturation. I’m looking at you Blurryface singles. I have also heard expression that some people really really don’t like them. I honestly was surprised but after going over the discography I can see it. That being said, I genuinely really really like the majority of TOP songs. Nickelback is a similar case, I only know the oversaturated or the songs that I like by Nickelback. Do they deserve all the hate or are they actually just a good band that received hate because they got too popular. I’m looking to explore that. We’re closing in on the time for when the site we’ll have been up for a year. I’m looking to get an indie website posted and switching to that from WordPress. Give me some feedback on whether I should keep this up and do both or explore other options.
